If you didn’t get a chance to visit Mint during this year’s London Design Festival, then the good news is our exhibition continues until the 30th of September.  We are exhibiting over 75 designers which include a collaboration with Swedish Design Institute Svensk Form and the Czech Republic based gallery Krehky, as well as emerging artists and designers from all over the globe.

The opening hours of exhibition are Monday – Saturday 10.30 – 18.30 (19.30 on Thursdays).

There are many young experimental designers in London but none more so than the duo Attua Aparicio and Oscar Wanless of Silo Studio.  They have developed a unique way of transforming polyurethane, a traditional industrial material that’s usually favoured for its functionality over its aesthetic, to create weird and wonderful forms.  So far we have seen Silo Studio create jewellery, bowls and even coat stands (see images below).
