Mint’s favourites in Milan Fair 2012

Dear Mint Readers,

During our week’s stay in Milan, there were a number of delightful places and events which we enjoyed tremendously. Among our favourites is Spazio Mari & nco., in our opinion, one of the most enchanting and poetic space!

Nestled in the small and unassuming street of Via Ampola, this family run catering business is set in a charming backdrop: a converted factory that used to manufacture metal ashtrays for old fashioned trains, and which now makes the ideal location for dinner parties.

The interior has been beautifully and tastefully decorated, and both the food and the accompanying service are truly impeccable. Many thanks to Hoda Baroudi and Maria Hibri from Bokja for their wonderful invitation and introduction to this place!
