‘When Things Bloom’
A Spring Exhibition
10th May – 9th June
This May, Mint will celebrate the oncoming of spring by curating a new exhibition under the much promising title ‘When Things Bloom’. The event will be organised in collaboration with Brompton Design District (BDD), recognised for encouraging design initiatives in the Brompton area.
A handful of designers will be carefully selected for their ability to reinterpret nature in a warm and emotive manner, resulting in this wonderful selection of aesthetically pleasing and fully functional pieces.
All presented works will be individually hand crafted using innovative techniques, the result of experimentation focused on the inherent properties of natural materials.
The combined effect is an installation charged with poetic connotations and striking aesthetics.
