Say It With Flowers
Here at Mint, we are delighted by the company of unique planters and flower motifs which are turning the gallery into the perfect garden to visit this summer. We wanted to share with you these refreshing pieces, the perfect additions to any interiors for summer celebration.
Textured Vases
This series of vases draws inspiration from the architecture of ancient cities, temples and altars. They are also representative for humankind’s aspiration to touch the sky. A powerful object in two sizes, for individual flowers or a bouquet.
Pewter Bowl
This sculptural beech bowl has long sinuous cracks laboriously filled with neon, acrylic, pewter and resistors. The inside is a cascade of copper coils, resistors, acrylic and gold leaf. The beech has been heavily polished to a glass finish, achieving an incredibly fine and reflective surface.
Botanist’s Plant Pot
The Botanist’s Pot is a hand-thrown terracotta pots on which functional appendices are installed, suggesting possible gestures and daily care for the plants that inhabit our living spaces. These additional elements represent attempts to interact with the domestic world of plants, through methods and sensibilities that are typical human acts.
Pressed Vase
A large ceramic vase pressed by a hand-developed extrusion machine. The process captures the properties of the material in a unusual way with a result that is refreshing and striking.
Long-legged Planters
This pair of plant pots liberates plants from the windowsill. The ornate roots are intended to appear as extensions of the plant that allow them to win back their freedom and create a fascinating tension between stillness and movement.
Flower Wallpaper
An elegant blend of beautifully drawn botanical imagery, linking chains and ornaments, this classical print is available as both a wallpaper and a fabric and provides a luscious and gentle feature to any space.
